新築マンションのリフォーム
あるディベロッパーの最高品質シリーズのマンションで、外観、廊下など共用部はオリジナリティのある高品質なものになっています。それに対して住戸内は、ビニルクロスの壁天井、既製品の巾木、一部にタイルや石など使われていますが、全体的に画一的な無個性な空間となっていました。クライアントもそのことを物足りなく感じ、リフォームの依頼が来ました。
部屋割りとフローリングについては、購入時にクライアントのご要望通りにしてもらっていたので、変更せず、空間ごとに一部の壁をタイルや特殊なクロスなどで貼り直すなど装飾的なことを施しました。
玄関は正面にガラスモザイクタイルを貼り、靴箱正面の壁に特殊なクロスを施しています。
LDKは部分的にタイルを貼り、特殊なブラインドで装飾しています。トイレにも正面の壁にタイルを貼っています。
クライアントはアンティーク好きで、照明器具や家具などをご自分で調達されています。その製品を確認しながら、それに合うタイルやクロスを選んでいます。このようなちょっとしたことで空間の質が随分変わります。

Renovation of a new apartment
This is an apartment from a certain developer’s highest quality series, and the exterior, corridors, and other common areas are original and high quality. In contrast, the interior of the apartment has vinyl wallpaper walls and ceilings, prefabricated baseboards, and some tiles and stone, but the overall space is uniform and characterless. The client was not satisfied with this, so he requested a renovation.
The room layout and flooring were done according to the client’s request at the time of purchase, so I did not change them, but instead added decorative touches such as re-pasting some of the walls with tiles and special wallpaper for each space.
The entrance is decorated with glass mosaic tiles on the front, and the wall in front of the shoe locker is decorated with special wallpaper.
The living/dining/kitchen area is partially tiled and decorated with blinds. The toilet also has tiles on the front wall.
The client likes antiques, and procured the lighting fixtures and furniture himself. I checked the products and chose tiles and wallpapers that matched them. Small things like this can make a big difference in the quality of the space.
