築7年マンションの部分リフォームです。既存でリビングと続きの和室を、フローリングの書斎にしてリビングの延長としても使えるようにしています。その他収納スペースを全て造作で作り直しています。具体的には押入の奥行きを深くし、子供部屋のクローゼットを広くし、下駄箱を大きくしています。また書斎の本棚と机も造作家具と合わせる形で造っています。コストを抑えるため、フローリングは既存利用し、キッチンはガスコンロをIHに変更と扉を造作家具で作成したものに入れ替える以外は既存利用しています。ソファやダイニングテーブル等の移動家具とカーテンもコーディネートして全体の雰囲気を統一しています。

Partial renovation of an apartment
This is a partial renovation of an apartment that was built 7 years ago. The existing Japanese-style room connected to the living room has been converted into a study with flooring so that it can be used as an extension of the living room. All other storage spaces have been rebuilt with custom-made furniture. Specifically, the closet has been made deeper, the closet in the children’s room has been made larger, and the shoe cabinet has been made larger. The bookshelf and desk in the study have also been built to match the custom-made furniture. To keep costs down, the existing flooring has been used, and the kitchen has been used with the exception of changing the gas stove to an induction cooker and replacing the doors with custom-made furniture. The furniture such as the sofa and dining table have also been coordinated with the curtains to unify the overall atmosphere.
