アットホーム株式会社の新社屋兼印刷工場です。１階は印刷工場で２、３階が事務所スペースとなっています。
ローコストで機能的にとの要望に応えるため、鉄骨ALC構造としながら、室内は無柱空間として機能的な印刷機械配置と執務エリアは自由なレイアウトを実現しています。またELVとトイレなどコア部分をまとめ、執務空間、リフレッシュコーナー、廊下を回遊できるような平面計画としました。
敷地は工業地域ですが、廻りは戸建て住宅やマンション、家内工場などに囲まれているため、窓の大きさをヒューマンスケールまで小さくし、それをランダムに配置して外壁の威圧感を軽減し、周りの町並みと呼応させています。また、執務空間から見える風景が窓ごとに違ってくることから、機能的で単調にレイアウトされる執務空間においても、楽しさを演出できるようにしています。

Printing factory + office building
This is a company building and printing factory. The first floor is the printing factory, and the second and third floors are office space.
In order to meet the demand for low cost and functionality, the building is made of steel-framed ALC, while the interior is a column-free space, allowing for a functional layout of the printing machines and a free layout of the work area. In addition, the core parts such as the elevator and toilets are grouped together, and the floor plan allows for a circulation of the work space, refreshment corner, and corridor.
The site is in an industrial area, but it is surrounded by detached houses, apartments, and home factories, so the windows are reduced to a human scale and arranged randomly to reduce the intimidating feeling of the exterior walls and to harmonize with the surrounding townscape. In addition, the view from the work space changes from one window to the next, creating a sense of fun even in a work space that is functional and monotonously laid out.
